Hostel Downtown - Prague

Staff is not very helpful. But I think this is Prague's mood. I found the same mood in every place I went: Restaurants, train station, etc..

I recently stayed at Hostel Downtown for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on what to see and do. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, which was a big plus. The location of the hostel was convenient, and the staff made us feel at home. Despite the facilities not being luxurious, the price was definitely worth it. The front desk staff was available 24/7 and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. They even helped me make dinner reservations and arrange transportation.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. They gave good advice on which parts of the city are worth visiting and which are not. The room was nice too. The location is an added advantage. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Perhaps a few toiletries like soaps and a couple of towels would be useful for the guests.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel had very clean rooms, great facilities, and an ideal location in the central part of this city. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options including fruits, pancakes, and coffee. The staff was friendly, always available to help us with directions and transportation arrangements.

This Hostel was great! Located near the main Train Station and only minutes walking to the tourist spots. It's clean and comfortable. Free wifi. The Hostel's staffs were very friendly and speak English fluently. They have two times city tour each day for 2 hours for free! They also give 10% restaurant voucher! Really recommended Hostel!

Very friendly staff, always ready to help you. They also have towels and hair dryer, which is good for those who travel light. Breakfasts are really nice. Location is perfect: 5 minutes from the center, nearby there are tram lines and underground.

The staff organized fun events every evening, like bar crawls that were perfect for our backpackers budget. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. The pancake breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal, close to the old town. we would definitely recommend this hostel for a great stay in Prague.

It is very comfortable, clean, nice hostel with amazing people! Very good that it is ib the center of the city and it has very good shop near.
